PRIVACY & DISCRETION

Between us.

Your membership application is stored privately for the society's organizers to review. It is not displayed on this website.

What we collect

Your name, email, city, introduction, outfit idea, optional referring member's name, a recent portrait, review notes, and the date and status of your application. For invited guests we also store invitation, attendance, communication and check-in records. Card details are not collected. Please do not submit sensitive intimate details or another person's contact information.

Why we collect it

To consider membership, understand your interest, and contact you about your application or relevant invitations. This form does not enroll you automatically or process payments.

Access and discretion

Applications and portraits are accessible only to the organizer through a restricted management area. Portraits are stored privately and are not used in the public gallery. They support vetting and recognition at check-in. There is no public applicant directory. Referrals do not reveal application details or decisions to the referring member.

Your choices

Providing an introduction is voluntary. To request correction or deletion, contact the organizer who shared the society with you, or reply to their membership correspondence. Include your application reference if you have it.
